Wash Away Your Worries
D’you ever feel, inside your head,
Is all a bit of a flurry?
Full of fog and lost for words,
Up to the brim with worry.
I understand, ‘cause I do too,
But remember you’re in control.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath,
Now watch the magic unfold.
Imagine a lake, in front of you,
And mountains all around.
You’re standing beneath a waterfall,
Enjoying its soothing sound.
As it trickles over your head,
And flows down over your chest.
You can feel your body melting away;
It simply is the best.
Your arms feel like feathers,
Your shoulders, light and free.
Your legs are rather jelly-like,
And your toes are tingly.
You feel your worries wash away,
Your mind feels nice and clear.
You can feel your sparkle coming back,
Now smile from ear to ear.
